This is another song from the Easter liturgies in the comments box. I had never heard it and I thank the correspondent for my continuing education.
The text is by Francis Stanfield and the tune is a traditional tune called DIVINE MYSTERIES and a fine tune it is too. There are lots of versions of the sheet music on the net including here and here.
This is the version I found with chords in D.
My backing uses a recorder sound that I thought was a good idea at the time.
