This wonderful text seems to have a few settings.  I found a melody line version 0n the web (not sure it should have been there though).

Hymnary has details here:

saying it is in a Presbyterian Hymnal.

You could check what version is in this sheet music:

You contact Global Ministries and maybe even find the author.
