I have been crying for about two hours tonight. Thanks to you I am coming out of it with the help of the Lord and my psych drugs. My genetic mother was depressive until I found her. My brother was subjected to her tears, and made a good life for himself and his family. II was raised by a “perfect” mother who rarely knew tears. And I cry for both mothers, so long to heaven before me.

I have always loved everyone but have been abused by both husbands and my children, except one who is taking good care of me. I miss music so much in my life, but can’t play anymore . Thank you for your love of music and doing this website so I could play your version of a song I remember as being different in the 1940’s-1950’s. I wonder if I’ll ever find the one that mother sang, yours is simpler, and has lifted me. THANK YOU

If you have bought a copy of the sheet music I'd be happy to send you a BIAB file privately.

It is an odd situation where the company has put a sheet music file up on the net isn't it. The reason I don't put up BIAB files generally is that they can be turned into sheet music and having met a lot of the wonderful songwriters of liturgical music in Australia, I don't want to be a site that distributes their copyrighted sheet music illegally. I'm struggling with that policy when the company puts the sheet music up to download, but I think the principle is that they are allowed to put their sheet music up on the net but I am not allowed to put their sheet music up even in the form of a BIAB file.

Do you have the Band in a Box files for this song ? Do you make it available for the readers of this blog?

It would help me learn the song on the guitar (perhaps my older version of BIAB will handle your files).

Thank you for posting this music. This is a great song.

Regards,
