I’ve heard Entre Tus Manos in multiple Spanish-speaking churches and have yet to hear Into Your Hands at an English Mass. GIA even paid for the rights to add the Spanish version to their newest edition of Gather (without the English version).

Being more familiar with the Spanish version, listening to the English version is a little jarring. The chords are the same in both languages, but the rhythms and pitches are different in many places in both the refrain and the verses.
