It’s all rather odd. There are the various downloadable versions at OCP:
https://www.ocp.org/en-us/songs/6934/jesus-the-lord

… but the physical octavo is out of stock even though the preview shows a digital version exists. If none of the downloadable versions are suitable you should contact OCP directly. They may have a downloadable version of the octavo.
