308 in Voices as One 2 is Brenton Brown’s “Lord, Reign In Me”, which I have already blogged under it’s other name “Over All the Earth.”
309 is Aaron Thompson doing a version of Psalm 103. It says it is the ICEL text but it looks a paraphrase to me.
It is a medium rock song for Pentecost and the Easter season that will fill many liturgical niches. The verses are listed for a cantor but apart from syncopation there is nothing to deter an assembly from singing the whole song.
