No 17 is “All Hail the Power of Jesus’ Name” with a text by Edward Perronet, with alterations by John Rippon, set to CORONATION by Oliver Holden.
The sheet music and the text is at Hymnary, but the version in this collection only shares the first verse with that text. The second and third verse here don’t seem to match any of the many versions and verses on the internet but you can find them in this sample at OCP. You can also purchase the sheet music there.
