We use this beautiful Monica Brown song for confirmations etc and it is very effective. The verses are sung over the second half of the chant. You can hear Monica sing it here. It’s hard to do it as slowly as that but probably worth the effort. It is available in the “Holy Ground” collection here.
If you aren’t using this song then you really should learn it and use it the next opportunity.

Dear Monica, you might remember us here at St. Catharine School in Spring Lake, NJ many years ago when you came and sang to our children!
I wanted to tell you that my best friend, Sr. Margo Kavanaugh died on Dec. 9th of dementia and a stroke. I had been taking care of her for 5 years while still teaching. Then I had to transfer her to our Health Center in Watchung, NJ with the Sisters of Mercy.
She never forgot you and loved your music…
