The two versions are very different and will suit different assemblies.
I have it in the Guitar Accompaniment Book 931 and it can purchased at OCP and GIA in their own copyrightable arrangements.

This is in my school’s regular rotation of communion hymns. The easy refrain makes it one of our hymns with better participation. I had to get used to singing “Jesus said” at the beginning of all the verses after learning it back in my own elementary school days with “He has said” as it is written in Worship 3.
I’m sure when we eventually get new hymnals here, I’ll have to get used to change again as the newest versions of GIA’s hymnals have changed the entire song from past to present tense. It’s now titled I Receive the Living God and all the verses begin with “Jesus says…”
