I’m coming across songs that I suppose many people know well and I’m hearing for the first time. This song by David Haas is a communion song that I haven’t come across. Listen here to a very tasteful version. I wonder why we’ve never done it, we do enough other Haas songs.

Well you won’t find anything at GIA, as he is a nonperson now due to multiple accusations of sexual abuse.

None of this was known when I blogged all his songs years ago and the smaller tragedy is that many of his songs were very good.
On the off chance there is a reason to play this hymn on the organ still, your best best is finding an old copy of Worship, Gather or Ritual Song from GIA second hand.
