Two more songs left from the Revolution collection and they are both straight up rock songs for a youth rally context. It is from Emmanuel Worship of twenty years ago.
This is a fun rock song, not too long and mostly singable. This one sounds like a gathering or commisioning song but it might need to lose the electric guitar solos. It was written by Gavin Agnew and Patrick Keady.

This was Emmanuel Worship‘s song for WYDSYD 08 – they got in early, as Revolution was from 2006.
While the collection is out of print, this one was in AOV NG and so can be purchased at Willow. I blogged this 15 years ago and I was grumpy because we never got it right when we played it leading up to WYDSYD.
Now it just an upbeat song for Pentecost and it is not necessary to do all the repeats, just edit for liturgical flow.
I made a somewhat less messy backing, but I’m afraid I did put an accordion in this time.
