The outstanding feature of Voices As One is the sheer amount of songs especially suitable for choirs. Because it has the leader and songwriter of both the Newman Singers and the Notre Dame Folk Choir, there are more songs here designed for parts than the other collections out there.
This one is by Joe Mattingly of the Newman singers and is in essence a simple spiritual. It could be done like to liturgical purposes, a sprinkling rite obviously, but check out what the Newman Singers do with it in performance mode below.
