This World of Yours, Lord

This is another song of praise from Lenny Smith. He wrote the text, which is set by Ron Harris.

The sheet music has both a choral arrangement in E and a hymn version in D. In the clip Lenny is belting it out in C, which helped me work of the chords. My backing is in D, however.

1 This world of yours, Lord, so filled with wonder!

O, gracious Father, how it speaks of You.

This world of yours, Lord, so bright and lovely,

Boundless in majesty, this world of yours,

Boundless in majesty, this world of yours.

2 This world of yours, Lord, shines with your splendour!

A holy temple, honouring your name.

This world of yours, Lord, so rich in beauty.

Proclaims your majesty, this world of yours.

Proclaims your majesty, this world of yours.

3 This world of yours, Lord, shows forth your presence!

Mountain and trees sing, rhapsodies to you.

Sun, moon and stars, Lord, declare your glory!

The kingdom comes, Lord, in this world of yours.

Thy will be done, Lord, in this world of yours.
