This is a song for Eucharist by Darryl Ducote of The Dameans based on John 6. It looks like it might have been used for a fraction rite in less prescriptive times, but is fine for communion generally. It sounds great as a solo or performance piece with lots of harmonies and descants. I suspect the assembly would be best to stick to the melody portion of the refrain.
The text is at Hymnary.
The sheet music is available at OCP and GIA.
Mary at Godsongs has looked into the background of this one for us.
The Dameans in all their folky goodness:

This is a wedding song by Dan Schutte. I don’t go to weddings so I’ve never heard it.
OCP sell the sheet music and the text is in their preview.
I’m still in OCP’s Guitar Accompaniment Book c2005 and this is Bernadette Farrell’s Litany of the Word for Advent.
The text is here and the sheet music is at OCP.
The assembly answer the cantor “Alleluia” and “Maranatha”for 16 verses, so you might need a couple of cantors lined up.
Cute:
You can find the words and sheet music of this song, with a text based on Psalm 24 by Georg Weissel, at Hymnary. The translation is by Catherine Winkworth. It is set to TRURO.
You can purchase the OCP version here.
Here is a fake organ backing from BIAB to sing along to.
This is a Michael Joncas song that I’ve never heard before. He based it on the “O” antiphons and Psalm 24 so you would look to a usage in Advent. It is not his best work.
You’ll have to replace all the Yahwehs you find with something ?? “My Lord” – I think it sounds better than “Our Lord” even if that is better liturgically.
The text is here. (scroll down)
The sheet music can be purchased at OCP.
My backing tries to shuffle the song along.
This recording is pretty ordinary:
This is better with just a guide vocal (Yahweh=Our Lord):
Better again (Yahweh=Our God):
Entrance: Gather Your People (Hurd) AOV 1/71
Psalm: Be With Me Lord (Haugen)
Gifts: Be Merciful (Haugen)
Communion: Unless a Grain of Wheat (Farrell) AOV 1/35
Thanksgiving: Tree of Life (Thompson) AOV NG 138
Recessional: Holy Darkness (Schutte) AOV 2/24

“In the Lord Rejoicing”
Jubilate Deo, jubilate Deo, alleluia!
Text and music at Hymnary.
Basic backing.
This song is by Henry Van Dyke and set to Beethoven’s HYMN TO JOY.
The text is here.
You can purchase the OCP version here.
The music is all over the net including at Hymnary.
I did a dreadful backing here.
This one has a text attributed to Bernard of Clairvaux and is set to ST AGNES.
The text and tune are at Hymnary as translated by Edward Caswall. The OCP version’s sheet music can be purchased here and although it lists the same translator the text that you’ll find in the preview varies somewhat from that at Hymnary.
I’ve blogged the tune already here.
