This is a setting a setting of Ps 103 by Jeanne Cotter. You can hear a snippet at GIA here. (NB the sample at the AOV site is not the correct song.)  This man sings it with a strong voice.

    No, the GIA is the wrong song!
    No idea whose song is on AOV!
